AG Mieten/Wohnen

Ziel der Arbeitsgruppe ist es Mieter*innen und Initiativen gegen Verdrängung zu stärken und zu unterstützen. Dabei sollen vor allem soziale, ökologische und wirtschaftliche Facetten des Themas Wohnen mitgedacht werden. Die AG beschäftigt sich mit vielen verschiedenen Fragen rund um die Themen der nachhaltigen Stadtentwicklung, dem sozialen Erhaltungsrecht, Obdachlosigkeit, Zweckentfremdung, Leerstand, Eigenbedarfskündigungen, dem Neubau von Wohnraum oder  Sozialwohnungen.
