AG Mieten und Wohnen - Strategien gegen Leerstand

Liebe AG-Mitglieder, liebe Interessierte,

unsere nächste Sitzung widmen wir dem Thema Leerstand. Zu Gast bei uns ist der Verein Nachbarschaftsinitiative Friedenau, der seit Jahren um den Erhalt eines leerstehenden Jugendstilhauses kämpft, auch bekannt als FLORA.

Am 26.06. um 19 Uhr im Kiezbüro besucht uns die Nachbarschaftsinitiative Friedenau e.V.

Die Initiative setzt sich seit 2016 für ein großes, seit vielen Jahren leerstehendes Jugendstilhaus in Friedenau ein – genannt FLORA. Das Haus soll vor weiterem Verfall gerettet, vor dem Spekulationsmarkt geschützt und idealerweise als integratives Gemeinschaftsprojekt wieder belebt werden. Die Initiative wird uns von ihren Erfahrungen im Kampf gegen Leerstand und für Wohnraumerhalt berichten. Danach ist eine lockere Diskussionsrunde geplant.
