Sommerspaziergang im Wahlkreis 3: Besuch des Neubauprojektes Marienhöfe

Unser Stadtrat und Kandidat für das Amt der Bezirksbürgermeisterei Jörn Oltmann lädt zum Besuch des neuen Stadtquartiers MARIENHÖFE ein, welches in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Attilastraße entstehen wird. Gemeinsam mit Annabelle Wolfsturm, unserer Kandidatin für das Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus in Friedenau, Lindenhof und Marienhöhe, und Renate Künast, unserer Kandidatin für den Deutschen Bundestag, wollen wir das Gebiet erkunden.

Bei diesem Sommerspaziergang erfahren Sie:

  • Wie Wohnen und Arbeiten für mehrere Generationen in diesem Stadtquartier zusammenkommen
  • Wo neue Grünflächen entstehen, wo es vorher keine gab
  • Wieviel Wohnungen hier geschaffen werden
  • Wo neue Gewerbeflächen entstehen und wieso die Mieten dabei günstig bleiben
  • Wo neue öffentlich nutzbare Fuß- und Radwege entstehen
